Elizabeth Koffler

Elizabeth Koffler has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and finance. Elizabeth started their career in 2003 as a Bookkeeper at Mill Race Inn Restaurant and held this position until 2008. In 2011, they worked as a Payroll Specialist & Accounts Receivables at BILL JACOBS BMW/MINI, where they managed payroll processing and accounts receivables. From 2012 to 2018, Elizabeth served as a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist at Wright Plastic Products Co., LLC, where they handled payroll and HR responsibilities. In 2018, they joined The M&R Companies and initially worked as a Payroll & Benefits/HR Coordinator. Later, they were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources and currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources.

Elizabeth Koffler completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Aurora University from 2006 to 2008. Elizabeth then pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the same university from 2008 to 2009.
