Josh Dye

Josh Dye has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Josh is currently the Director of Project Management at The M&R Companies since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at TegraGlobal as the VP of US Manufacturing Operations from April 2022 to February 2023. Josh also held roles such as Senior Director of Supply Chain, Senior Director of US Operations, and Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at TegraGlobal from 2019 to 2022. Before TegraGlobal, they worked at adidas as a Senior Manager of Print Operations and a Senior Project Manager from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they worked at ProTrans as a Senior Manager of Implementation and Training, Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, Corporate Recruiter, and Operations Manager from 2012 to 2017. Josh started their career at Ryder Transportation as a Logistics Engineer from 2006 to 2008. Josh holds a Defensive Quality Control position at Purdue University from 2011 to 2012 and served as a Graduate Assistant for Football at Ball State University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Football Coach at Albion College from 2008 to 2010.

Josh Dye pursued their education at Hillsdale College from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management. Later, from 2008 to 2009, they attended PennWest California and earned a Master's degree in Sports Management.
