Miriam Kuepper

Miriam Kuepper is the Head In-house Continental Europe at MRA Search, leading the legal search practice across the region since November 2024. Previously, Miriam spent 16 years at Taylor Root, where roles included Head of Taylor Root - DACH and Nordics, and Associate Director Legal In-house Europe, focusing on legal search services for international corporations and placing legal professionals at various levels, including General Counsel. Prior experience includes working as Manager Legal Recruitment at The SR Group and Consultant at Longbridge Search and Selection, providing executive search services for legal firms. Miriam began a legal career as a Rechtsanwältin at Rechtsanwälte Selting & Baldermann. Academic credentials include law degrees from the University of Cologne and the University of Lausanne, as well as training at the Institute for Educational Leadership in Washington D.C.
