Cheryl Lucas-Deberry

Cheryl Lucas-DeBerry is a Licensed Professional Counselor in-training at Lutheran Counseling & Family Services of Wisconsin since March 2024, with extensive experience in training and development. With over 20 years at MRA - The Management Association as a training manager, Cheryl specializes in designing and presenting programs in leadership, customer service, and diversity. Previous roles include President of the Zonta Club of Milwaukee (2009-2012) and Training Director at Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin (1997-2000), where program development targeted customer service and leadership skills for various client organizations. Cheryl holds a Master of Science in Adult Education from Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
