Laurie Johnson

Laurie Johnson has extensive experience in organizational development, learning, and human resources, currently serving as an Organization Development Coach and Specialist at MRA - The Management Association since May 2009. In addition to this role, Laurie has held various senior positions at MRA, including Senior Learning and Development Manager and Executive Director for Iowa and Western Illinois. As the President and Founder of Innovation Communication Con since October 2004, Laurie has focused on business consulting, HR, and strategic planning. Previous experience includes serving as Sr. HR and Training Manager at Northwest Electric, Inc., and an Adjunct Teacher at Central Community College, where Laurie developed curricula on various business topics. Early career experience as Office Manager at Greenley's Corporation involved overseeing retail operations. Laurie holds a BS in Management and Management of Information Systems from Bellevue University and an HR Generalist Certification from The George Washington University.
