Shari Saeger

Shari Saeger is an accomplished Learning and Development Instructor at MRA - The Management Association since March 2016, where the focus is on enhancing the skills of managers and frontline associates. With a diverse background, Shari has served as a Trainer and Facilitator at Balancing Life's Issues, addressing various real-life topics for organizations in Wisconsin. Additionally, work as VP of Community Relations for SEWI-ATD involves fostering strategic community relationships for talent development. Previous experience includes roles such as Adjunct Professional Skills Instructor at Brensten Education, Leadership Facilitator for Falls Sussex Youth Leadership, and Director of Dealer Sales at ARI Network Services, achieving significant sales growth. Shari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College and multiple certificates in Training and Organizational Development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
