Ruchi Tandon Nischal

Ruchi Tandon Nischal serves as the Director of Learning Solutions at MRCC since February 2023, focusing on designing educational solutions to enhance learner performance across various organizations, including corporations and higher education institutions. Prior experience includes roles such as ID Consultant at Thomson Reuters, Lead Analyst at MetLife, and Vice President of Content Solutions at EdCast, among others. Ruchi co-founded ID Mentors and has extensive experience in instructional design, having worked with companies like GENPACT, Hurix Systems, and Knowledge Platform. Ruchi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and completed secondary education at Somerville School, Noida.
