Shashi Kant Sinha is the Vice President, Corporate Learning at MRCC. Shashi has over 20 years of experience in the learning and development industry. Shashi has previously worked as the Sr. Vice President at Compunnel Digital and InfoPro Learning, where they led the global delivery operation and helped the company achieve a breakthrough performance in cost, service & quality. Shashi has also worked as the Vice President – Learning Development at Infopro Learning, Inc., where they were responsible for delivery governance and providing leadership to project management team to achieve improved delivery matrices and higher client intimacy.

Their manager is Anil Shah, President & CEO. They are on a team with Suvarna Karmalkar - Delivery Head, Publishing, Subash Chitoor - Director of Talent Acquisition, and Siva Peruvemba - Director of Technology.
