Cristian Chavez

Cristian Chavez currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at MRES - Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this role, Cristian held positions at Campbell Soup Company as a Human Resources Services Representative and at iFIT as a Human Resources Representative and Accounting Analyst. Cristian gained experience in administrative duties and diversity and inclusion advocacy while working at Utah State University as an Administrative Assistant and Team Lead. Educationally, Cristian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the People, a Master of Human Resources from Utah State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from the same institution.
