Patricia Francisco

Patricia Francisco, Ph.D. is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Affiliate Human Resources Consultant at MRG, LLC and as President of Francisco Management Advisors since March 2020, Patricia has previously held key leadership positions including Chief Human Resources Officer at the Southern California Regional Rail Authority--Metrolink from June 2014 to April 2021, and Director of Human Resources at the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles from October 2000 to June 2014. Patricia's career in human resources began as a Human Resources Manager at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California from April 1990 to October 2000. Patricia holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, a Master of Science in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
