Paola Pino-Arteaga

Paola Pino-Arteaga has a diverse range of work experience. Paola began their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at the International Outsourcing Call Center, where they managed multiple projects and developed guidelines and objectives for call center operations. In 2008, they joined MRI-Simmons as the Director of Research Quality, responsible for maintaining rigorous standards and ensuring the validity and reliability of research data. Simultaneously, they also worked at Experian as a Data Collection Manager, overseeing syndicated data collection projects and achieving high response rates. Additionally, at SIMMONS Research, they held the position of Senior Manager, Research Quality, playing a key role in data acquisition and spearheading the strategy for data quality. Paola'swork experience showcases their expertise in research quality, project management, and data collection.

Paola Pino-Arteaga earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in the years 2003 to 2005. Paola then pursued an MBA in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University from 2006 to 2007.
