Rich Goldbeck's work experience includes:

- VP, East Coast Agency Sales at MRI-Simmons since February 2019.

- Senior Director, Agency Sales at Simmons Research from December 2015 to February 2019. In this role, they managed strategic relationships with key agency holding companies and several large independent agencies, focusing on retention, growth, and expansion.
