Allen Féliz

Allen Féliz has a diverse work experience in the affordable housing industry. Allen is currently serving as the Vice President of U.S. Affordable Housing at MRI Software since November 2018. In this role, they manage strategic growth activities, product pricing, guides implementation and support strategies, and provides direction in marketing and sales.

Prior to their current role, Allen worked at TCAM, LLC as a Managing Director from February 2009 to November 2018. Allen co-managed the launch of the company and led its Agency Loan Compliance, Consulting, and Transaction Advisory business segments. Allen'sresponsibilities included engagements with both for-profit and non-profit developers, state housing agencies, and large housing authorities. Allen also contributed to affordable housing policy-making at local, state, and national levels.

From December 2005 to January 2009, Allen worked at Boston Financial Investment Management, LP as an Associate. Allen'srole involved structuring, pricing, and closing private equity investments in multifamily developments financed with low-income housing tax credits. Allen also cultivated client relationships and evaluated potential property acquisitions.

Additionally, Allen has experience as a Presidential Intern at Brown University from June 2003 to May 2004. During their internship, they coordinated, researched, and co-wrote a policy recommendations report for the Governor of Rhode Island.
