Prior to their international roles, Stephanie was the Manager, International Human Resources at MRI Software's Sydney office from November 2016 to November 2018. In this position, they managed all HR functions for MRI Software's global offices, including employee relations, benefits plan design, HRBP relationships, employee engagement, international mergers & acquisitions, and more, with a heavy focus on improving the business and overall employee experience for international teams.

Before joining MRI Software, Stephanie was the Manager, Human Resources, a global role, where they oversaw a HR team and managed all areas of HR, including benefits/wellness, mergers & acquisitions, employee relations, training and coaching, performance management, compliance, and HR operations from February 2015 to January 2017.

Stephanie also gained experience in human resources during their time at Visiting Nurse Association as a Human Resources Associate from November 2009 to August 2012. In this role, they developed and launched an internship program, made decisions regarding benefit offerings, managed a wellness program, and coached employees and managers on various HR issues.

Additionally, Stephanie has had previous experience as a Human Resources Intern at Cleveland Clinic in 2009, where they facilitated employee orientation, screened applicants, and assisted in conducting exit interviews. Stephanie also worked as a Customer Service Representative Intern at Student Money Management Services in 2009, where they provided excellent customer service and assisted with scheduling financial education sessions.

Stephanie's early experience includes working as a Mentor/Facilitator at Springboard Office in 2008, where they mentored and guided a first-year student in adjusting to university life.
