Vicki Giancola

Vicki Giancola currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer and Executive Managing Director of North America at MRI Software, and is the Business Owner of Within The Heart Wellness in Solon, Ohio, which focuses on holistic fitness services. Vicki has a proven track record as an Executive Assistant, previously supporting the President at Return On Life Wealth Partners and holding business ownership roles in barre3, where growth from 0 to 1200 clients was achieved while managing numerous employees and financial operations. Vicki's earlier experience includes organizing administrative processes at Gesu Catholic School and extensive work in the mortgage industry, where skills in loan processing and risk analysis were developed. Vicki holds a BA in Mathematical and Physical Sciences from The Ohio State University and has completed a Teacher Educational Licensure program at Notre Dame College.
