Weronika Barszcz

Weronika Barszcz is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the real estate technology sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at MRI Software since December 2019. Previously, Weronika held various roles within MRI Software, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the APAC region. Prior to joining MRI Software, Weronika worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, focusing on talent sourcing for top employers worldwide. Early career experiences include customer service and human resources roles at Castlereagh Boutique Hotel and Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, as well as serving as an Executive Search Consultant at Wheeley & Scott Executive Search. Weronika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Cross Cultural & International Relations from the University of Warsaw.
