Kornelis Poelstra

Kornelis Poelstra is a spine surgeon and advisor at MRIguidance. Kornelis has over 25 years of experience in the field of orthopedic surgery and founded The Robotic Spine Institute of Silicon Valley in 2012. The Institute is dedicated to improving the lives of patients through technological innovation and predictive analytics. In 2020, Kornelis was named one of the Top 100 Spine Surgeons in America by Becker's Orthopedic & Spine Review.

Kornelis Poelstra studied medicine and biomedical engineering at the University of Groningen. Kornelis then went on to complete a PhD in medicine at the same university.
