Lauren Frascarelli

Lauren Frascarelli is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at The MRL Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Better Collective as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities included managing office organization and coordinating the opening of a New York branch. Experience also includes serving as Office Supervisor at MyDoc Women’s Health Specialists, where Lauren enhanced patient experiences and supported administrative staff. Previous positions held include Club Level Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Tasting Room Associate at Hawk Ridge Winery, and Server at Nordstrom. Lauren earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Central Connecticut State University in 2017.
