Pauline Tayengco Diaz

Pauline Tayengco Diaz is a seasoned digital marketing and content management professional with extensive experience in social media strategy and production. Currently serving as the Asia Regional Team Lead for the Microsoft Social Command Center at MRM, Pauline also holds the role of Content and Engagement Lead for ASEAN and Korea. Prior to this, experience includes leading social media efforts for Microsoft APAC at Wunderman Thompson, where management of over 80 accounts, publication of thousands of content pieces, and process streamlining during organizational changes were key milestones. Additional roles include Digital Content Manager at HairMNL, Senior Television Producer at Solar Entertainment Corporation, and extensive work in travel documentation and production. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from De La Salle University and a certification in Line Producing from the New York Film Academy.
