Ricardo Yonamine

Ricardo Yonamine, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and digital delivery. Serving as the Head of Operation for the Global COEx Network at MRM since September 2014, Ricardo has led initiatives in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement through the Kaizen 5S philosophy. Prior to this role, Ricardo held various positions at Canon, Inc. from February 2001 to September 2014, including Business Director, where responsibilities encompassed designing workflows and implementing Agile Kanban methodologies. Additional previous roles involved strategic product positioning and managing major engineering solutions in pre-sales. Ricardo began a career in technology as a Technician at Japan Technology SRL, focusing on hardware infrastructure and network solutions. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, a specialization in quality management from A.O.T.S Kansai Kenshu Center in Japan, and an engineering degree in Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
