Soujanya Jami, PMP®, SMC®, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at MRM Commerce, with experience dating back to 2006. Soujanya has held significant positions including Project Manager and Scrum Master at IPOWER, where responsibilities included detailed project briefings and task delegation. At IBM, Soujanya led multiple Scrum teams in the development of the Nordic International Lease System, achieving a successful migration of over 10 projects from Waterfall to Scrum in a six-month period. With a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vignan Institute of Information Technology, Soujanya is proficient in Agile methodologies and has effectively promoted Scrum practices to enhance team performance and efficiency.
