Carolina Barcellos Williams is an experienced professional in marketing and account management, with a strong focus on the Latin American market. Currently serving as VP for pharosIQ since April 2016, Carolina has played a key role in expanding the company's portfolio and developing strategic marketing tactics. Prior to this, Carolina held various positions at MRP from 2011 to 2016, culminating as Senior Account Manager overseeing a team of 40 in the execution of marketing strategies. Carolina's earlier experience includes roles in business solutions, sales management, and product development, featuring a diverse skill set in customer care, financial advising, and operations within the hospitality industry, including a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
