Joe Lewis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in franchising and corporate leadership. Currently serving as President & CEO of Mrs. Fields Famous Brands since June 2023, Joe also owns multiple units of Ellie Mental Health in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. Joseph's academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching Franchising Management at Louisiana State University. With prior leadership roles at Smalls Sliders, Twist Brands, and Smoothie King, Joe has consistently demonstrated expertise in franchise operations and legal matters, with a legal background that includes practicing law in franchise, trademark, and corporate law. Joe holds a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
