Aleksey Aleksandrovich Rybin

Aleksey Aleksandrovich Rybin is the Deputy Director-General for Economics and Finance, IDGC of the South, PJSC. He studied at Kharkiv Aviation Institute named after N.E. Zhukovsky; Rostov State University. Aleksey was a Deputy Director for Development of Investment Activities and Services of the "Rostovskoye Predpriyatie Elektricheskikh Setei" branch.
