Fahrul Harundani Ginanjar

Fahrul Harundani Ginanjar has extensive work experience in transportation and logistics. Fahrul worked at PT. MRT Jakarta from 2018 to the present, starting as a Station Management Specialist and later becoming the Station Duty Section Head and Dispatcher Section Head. In their current role, they manage dispatchers and coordinates with personnel to ensure smooth operations and safety.

Prior to that, Fahrul worked at Indomaret Group from 2014 to 2018. Fahrul started as a Management Trainee and progressed to roles such as Merchandising Supervisor, Import Logistic Supervisor, and finally, Import Logistic Junior Manager. In these positions, they managed import and logistic processes, coordinated with warehouse and forwarding agents, conducted inventory control and planning, and handled merchandise functions.

Fahrul Harundani Ginanjar has a strong educational background in both business administration and international relations. Fahrul obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Fahrul has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include certifications in Effective Improvement Method Punctuality from the Tokyo Metro Academy (obtained year unknown), Pengatur Perjalanan KA from the Ministry of Transportation Republic Indonesia (obtained in March 2021), Managing People from Prasetiya Mulya Business School Management Society (obtained in 2019), Managing Performance Effectively Using PDCA Cycle (Advance) from Precena Strategic Partners Asia Pacific (obtained in 2019), Service Excellence from Garuda Indonesia Training Center (obtained year unknown), Petugas Peran Kebakaran from the Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia (obtained in December 2018), and Training for Trainer: Design & Delivery from PT Lutan Edukasi (obtained in 2018).
