Yaniv Berenstain

Yaniv Berenstain is an experienced QA Manager and Scrum Master with a strong background in project management and quality assurance within the technology sector. Since August 2017, Yaniv has served as QA Manager and Scrum Master at ADVA Optical Networking, overseeing Agile (SAFe) meetings and managing product-related projects. Concurrently, since 2012, Yaniv has been the QA Manager at MRV Communications, leading the validation team responsible for comprehensive testing across all product lines. Prior experience includes serving as QA Team Leader and Verification Engineer at RAD Data Communications, where Yaniv managed technical testing teams and multiple projects for Ethernet Access products and Network Management Systems. Yaniv holds an MBA in Industrial and Management Engineering, alongside a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where project management training was also completed.
