Roberta Wan Der Maas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and finance. Currently serving as Technical Manager at MRV since July 2007, Roberta leads multiple teams focused on digital products, software quality, productivity, and strategic market systems integration. Previous roles include leadership in Data & Analytics and Cognitive Services, as well as oversight of the SAP team, significantly contributing to the company's growth and operational efficiency. Prior to MRV, Roberta held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at ALESAT, managing cash flow, financial reports, and credit analysis.
