Nina GAL possesses extensive experience in the cosmetic industry, currently serving as the Head of Make-up R&D Laboratory and Technical Coordinator for Make-up R&D Projects at MS BEAUTILAB since October 2017. Prior to this role, Nina held the position of Product Development Project Manager at SEPHORA, overseeing 45 projects simultaneously and managing cross-functional teams. Previous experience includes internships at L'Oréal, CHANEL, and Oriflame Cosmetics, where Nina focused on formulation and stability evaluation of various cosmetic products. Nina holds an Engineer's degree in Formulation Chemistry from ITECH and a DUT in Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
