Scott Davis

Scott Davis serves as General Counsel at ms consultants, inc. since July 2013, offering expertise on legal matters related to contracts, labor, and various business issues. Prior to this role, Scott was a Partner at Bricker & Eckler LLP from September 2004 to July 2013, where responsibilities included representing owners, contractors, and design professionals in contract negotiations and dispute resolution within the construction law sector. Earlier in Scott's career, experience included working as an Estimating Engineer at Messer Construction Co. in 2000-2001. Scott holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University (2001-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati (1994-1999), complemented by education at Hawken School (1990-1994).
