Daphne Lowe

Daphne Lowe, PhD, currently serves as the SIP Coordinator for the Mississippi Department of Education and holds the position of Instructional Coach at Bailey Education Group, LLC. Additionally, Daphne Lowe is an Educational Leadership Adjunct Instructor at Grand Canyon University and has experience as a National Presenter with Learning Without Tears. Prior to these roles, Daphne Lowe was the Director of Early Childhood at Jackson Public Schools from July 2018 to June 2022. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, a Specialist degree in the same field, a Master's degree in Elementary Education from William Carey University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Jackson State University.
