Victor Bolze

Victor Bolze is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the oilfield equipment and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at MS Directional and as the Business Owner of Bolze Design Consultants, LLC, Victor specializes in design consulting and manufacturing for oilfield equipment. Previous roles include CEO of Bolze Brothers, overseeing the manufacture of drill bits, and various key positions at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included managing multimillion-dollar new product development projects and leading engineering teams. Early in Victor's career, significant experience was gained at Westinghouse Electric Company, focusing on refueling equipment for nuclear power plants. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
