Ahmad Fadly has a diverse range of work experience. Ahmad started their career as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at TRANS TV in 2011 before moving on to become a Marketing Manager at Denny Darko Enterprise from 2013 to 2015. Ahmad then worked as a Creative Marketing Specialist at TRANS TV from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Ahmad joined CellScience Rejuvenation Centre as a Marketing Communications Supervisor, where they were responsible for developing strategic marketing plans and driving brand-building activities. Ahmad later joined MNC Media in 2018 as an Account Relationship Manager.

From 2019 to 2021, Ahmad worked as a Marketing, Partnership, and Sales Manager at Bali United Football Club. In this role, they handled campaigns with various brands and managed partnerships with football clubs.

Currently, Ahmad is employed at MS GLOW since 2021. Ahmad initially joined as a Brand Strategy and Partnership Manager, where they handled multiple brands and managed various tasks such as event planning, marketing plan development, product innovation, and partnership management. Recently, they have been promoted to the position of Brand Manager.

Throughout their career, Ahmad has proven himself to be skilled in marketing planning, brand management, partnership development, and market research. Ahmad has also demonstrated the ability to successfully execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Ahmad Fadly obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Ahmad attended the university from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they have a certification titled "Panitia Diskusi Entrepreneurship Bersama Joko Widodo dan Chairul Tanjung", but the institution and the year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
