Kate McDonald

Kate McDonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic and financial roles. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer at MS Reinsurance since September 2017, Kate leads the company's strategic initiatives and financial operations. Prior to this, Kate held the position of Director in the Audit and Risk Assurance Practice at PwC from June 2011 to June 2017, following a role as Senior Manager in the Insurance & Investment Management Audit Practice. Academically, Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property with a focus on Accounting and Property Valuation from the University of Auckland, earned between 2000 and 2003.
