Nadin Schwibs

Nadin Schwibs serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance at MS Reinsurance since March 2021, following a role as Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer at Swiss Re from January 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing legal compliance for a FINMA-regulated reinsurance carrier. Nadin's legal expertise is further solidified by experience as a Senior Associate at Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd, focusing on corporate/M&A law and data protection, and previous roles including Foreign Lawyer at Rajah & Tann LLP, Trainee Lawyer at Lenz & Staehelin, and Legal Intern at Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law. Nadin holds multiple degrees from the University of St.Gallen, including a Master’s degree in Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Management and Law, and is admitted to the Swiss Bar.
