William J Tomiko

William J (BJ) Tomiko has over 18 years of experience developing and implementing geographic and management information systems for public and private sector clients. He has extensive knowledge of GIS and Network Analyst applications utilized by more than 200 agencies in 32 states and Canada. BJ’s engineering applications are widely used to analyze over 10 million crashes and signals along 8,000 miles of major corridors. Additionally, he also developed innovative algorithms to geocode GPS data, intersections, and links to GIS and Google Map applications. BJ has a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Michigan Technological University. Before his current role, BJ served in Developer roles for The Gale Group and System Administration Services.
