Phil Bisby

Phil Bisby is a seasoned telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in fibre optic installation and network management. Currently serving as a Telecommunications Engineer in Hull since April 2021 and as a Network Engineer at MS3 Networks Limited since February 2023, Phil has previously held roles such as Information Technology Field Engineer at BMC Group and Marine Electrical Engineer at Sunseeker International Ltd. Phil's 22-year tenure in the British Army included positions as Troop Sergeant Major and Telecommunications Manager, specializing in both analogue and digital communications systems. Educational credentials include training at CTP Aldershot in 2015 and graduation from Thorne Grammar School in 1989.
