Joe Deyoung

Joe serves as regional manager for the Public Works service line in the firm’s eastern region as well as a market lead for county and local government clients in the state of Wisconsin. With over 20 years of tenure at MSA, he brings an incredible depth of expertise to the firm and enjoys establishing long and trusted relationships with the clients and communities with which he works.

Over the course of his career, Joe has worked on the full spectrum of municipal engineering projects including commercial site planning and design; construction management; land development; street design, sanitary sewer, stormwater and wastewater planning; and project management. He develops a great rapport with client communities, city councils and municipal governments and is often the go-to guy for questions and solutions of all sizes.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
