Mark Lundgren

Mark Lundgren, PE is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in wastewater engineering and environmental project management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities since July 2018, Mark also holds the position of Wastewater Engineer at MSA Professional Services, where tenure began in September 2013. Previous roles include Director of Environmental Projects at Environmental Initiative and Research and Technology Director at Watermark Initiative, LLC. Mark's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grinnell College. Early education was completed at Hopkins High School, earning a General Education Degree (GED).
