Dawn Livengood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dawn started their career as a Mechanical Designer at II-VI in 2000, where they worked for a year. Dawn then joined Medrad as a Mechanical Engineer in 2006, where they played a crucial role in new product development and performed V&V testing on medical devices. In 2011, Dawn moved to Bayer HealthCare as a Supplier Quality Project Engineer, where they implemented a Supplier Quality Improvement Program and conducted quality system audits. In 2013, they joined Philips Healthcare as a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer, responsible for supplier quality audits, root cause analysis, and liaison support for product design improvements. Currently, Dawn holds the position of Principal Quality Engineer at MSA - The Safety Company, where their role focuses on quality engineering.

Dawn Livengood began their education in 1998, attending Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus. Dawn completed their Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2000. Continuing their academic journey, Dawn went on to enroll at Point Park University in 2002. Here, they pursued and successfully obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006.
