Ivie Cuenco

Ivie Cuenco has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Leader at MSA - The Safety Company since July 2007. This position follows a progression through various customer service roles, where Ivie has overseen operations, trained team members, and supported sales efforts. Previous experience includes working as a Project Assistant at Chemonics International, handling administrative and logistical tasks, and an Administrative Assistant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, managing office operations for a USAID-funded project. Ivie's career began at Access Net (Phils.), Inc. as a Billing and Collection Officer and Technical Support Engineer. Ivie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from AMA Computer University, Quezon City.
