Michael Lamont is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing and improving business processes across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations - Americas at MSA - The Safety Company since January 2024, Lamont previously held key roles at Evoqua Water Technologies, including Director and Sr. Director of Operations, from January 2019 to January 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Product Fulfillment and Director of Operations - Americas at Komatsu Mining Corp. from April 2016 to January 2019, as well as multiple managerial roles at Joy Global Inc. between March 2011 and April 2016.
