Jessica Glass has extensive experience in sales and marketing, holding multiple leadership positions at MSA Security since October 2004. As an Account Executive, Jessica managed an $11M portfolio, achieving significant customer retention and consistent revenue growth. Advancing to Managing Director, Jessica scaled operations to realize $140M in revenue, overseeing sales and account management teams while maintaining full P&L accountability. In the role of Director of Sales Operations and Marketing, Jessica optimized processes during a period of rapid growth and established best practices across departments. Previously, as Government Sales Proposal Manager, Jessica drove government revenue from $2M to over $10M by developing a streamlined sales framework. Jessica began the career as a Sales and Marketing Assistant and also held an internship at Meredith in 2003, focusing on editorial work for Family Circle. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in English - Journalism from the University of Delaware.
