Hiroaki Paddy Masuda

Hiroaki Paddy Masuda is the current Company Secretary & Treasurer at MS&AD Ventures. Prior to this, they were with MS&AD Insurance Group Holding and Toyota Insurance Management SE, where they served as Senior Coordinator. Hiroaki has also worked with Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Europe and Nissay Dowa General Insurance Co., Ltd. in the capacity of Deputy Branch Manager and Chief Manager of Space Insurance respectively. Hiroaki began their career with The Dowa Fire and Marine Insurance Company Limited in 1998 and served as their Chief Representative for two years.

Hiroaki Paddy Masuda attended Meiji University, where they studied business administration in the School of Business.
