MSAID
Michelle Tamara Berger is an experienced data scientist currently working at MSAID since April 2023. Previously, Michelle served as a postdoctoral researcher at Technische Universität München from January 2019 to April 2023, focusing on hands-on LC-MS/MS analysis, computational mass spectrometry, and the development of algorithms for non-targeted analysis of tandem mass spectral data. Additionally, Michelle gained experience as a PhD student in untargeted high-resolution mass spectrometry and computational data analysis using R. Prior roles include postdoctoral researcher and PhD student at Helmholtz Munich, apothecary at fit&gesund-Apotheke am Milbertshofener Platz, and junior scientist at Coriolis Pharma. Michelle holds degrees in Pharmacy as well as a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.

MSAID
MSAID transforms the way scientists analyze proteomics data. MSAID is a bioinformatics spin-off from the Technical University of Munich, Germany and is located at the high-tech-center gate, which is part of the TUM campus in Garching. The company was founded by an interdisciplinary team of scientists with the vision to provide better computational solutions to the field of proteomics. The team has an exceptionally strong track record and long-standing expertise in the acquisition, analysis, and interpretation of proteomic data. Our ambition is to replace current algorithms for proteomics with powerful, AI-based solutions, thereby paving the way for a smarter, deeper, and more reliable way of interrogating proteomic data.
