As director of business and technology operations for MSB, Alfred oversees tactical and strategic activities involving advanced concept technology developments for the Department of Defense, as well as developing architectures for advanced commercial satellite networks, computer system security, program management, and integration on other diverse computer applications. He has also led the MSB technical design and computer security teams on projects for the National Archives and Records Administration, and Internal Revenue Service.
