Claire Smith

Claire Smith currently serves as the Head of Trade Support, Training and Business Development at MSC Cruises, a position held since April 2017. In this role, Claire focuses on enhancing collaboration with trade partners and the sales team to strengthen the MSC Cruises brand in the UK and Ireland, while also leading a team of support executives. Previously, Claire held a split role as National Training and Business Development/Partnerships Manager, where responsibilities included delivering training and webinar content for B2B trade partners. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Sales Manager, working to increase MSC Cruises' market share through retailer engagement in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Prior to MSC Cruises, Claire spent five years at TUI, experiencing various roles that progressed from Assistant Retail Manager to Retail Store Manager, while also taking on specialized roles such as Regional Cruise Expert and Regional Sustainability Champion.
