Francesco Villano

Francesco Villano is an experienced AI Solutions Architect currently leading the design and development of advanced AI systems at MSC Cruises, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and optimizing fleet operations. Prior to this role, Francesco served as an AI & Automation Lead and a Test Automation & Performance Developer at MSC Cruises, where responsibilities included improving operational efficiency and ensuring the reliability of critical data systems. Francesco began his career at Nexsoft S.p.A, contributing as a Test Automation Engineer and QA Team Leader, overseeing testing operations for B2C websites and developing automated testing infrastructure.
