Janet Wernli

Janet Wernli is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and cruise industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Innovation at MSC Cruises since February 2024, focusing on innovative products and concepts within the newbuild portfolio. Prior to this role, Wernli was with Radisson Hotel Group from July 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Global Brand Experience & Quality team, overseeing customer journey mapping, brand standards, quality assurance, and online reputation management. Wernli's earlier experience includes positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where contributions involved franchise services across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as guest service roles at Hotel des Galeries.
