Julie Gregoire is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Chief Customer Journey Officer for MSC Cruises since September 2022, Gregoire is responsible for overseeing customer experiences across the MSC Cruises and Explora Journey brands. Prior to this role, Gregoire was the Managing Director of Lido de Paris, where major crisis management and optimization initiatives were implemented. Previous positions include Group Head of Sales, Marketing, and Communication at Domusvi, as well as several senior vice-president roles at Accor, where strategic operations, marketing, and hotel openings were effectively managed across multiple brands and countries. Gregoire holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree from EHL.
