Mili Bustamante

Mili Bustamante serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at MSC Cruises since November 2024, following a role as Global VP of People at Quince from January to October 2024. Previously, Mili was the Chief People Officer at JOKR, where the focus was on enhancing the shopping experience through instant retail delivery. Mili also held positions at Trivium Packaging, including VP of R&D and Innovation and Interim Chief People Officer, contributing to a global leader in metal packaging. Earlier experience includes various roles at McKinsey & Company, emphasizing retail, CPG growth, and HR strategy, as well as strategic planning at LAN Airlines. Mili holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor in Business from Universidad del Pacífico, complemented by education at Maastricht University.
